Terms and Conditions

The WEBSITE operates exclusively as a directory of travel agencies affiliated with ANATO (hereinafter the Directory), together with information about the tourist destinations that each of them chooses to promote.

The information contained on the WEBSITE (contact details, logos, texts and descriptions of experiences) is supplied in its entirety by the Travel Agencies affiliated with ANATO.

Accordingly, each Travel Agency affiliated with ANATO is responsible for all of the information it supplies, as regards its clarity, accuracy, sufficiency, timeliness, verifiability, comprehensibility, precision and suitability.

ANATO is not responsible for the content of the information or of the advertising, takes no part whatsoever in defining it and assumes no responsibility for its accuracy.

The Travel Agencies are solely responsible for any alleged damages or losses that may be caused to the users of their services and, consequently, any applicable actions and/or claims must be brought against the relevant Agency.

Likewise, the Travel Agency assumes full responsibility for any claim arising from potential infringements of intellectual property rights resulting from the unauthorised use and handling of texts, graphics, photographs or any other material uploaded to the WEBSITE and supplied by it.

The WEBSITE is NOT an electronic or digital platform for tourism services; nor an e-commerce platform, nor a travel agency, nor an intermediary in the tourism value chain under the terms of tourism legislation, and NO sales, bookings or collection of money of any kind are carried out through the WEBSITE.

ANATO is not an operator of an electronic or digital platform for tourism services.

ANATO is not liable for damage or intrusion by computer viruses to your equipment, or for any loss of information.

In general, ANATO is not liable for damages or losses that may arise from use of the WEBSITE, including the products or services the user may contract with any of the Agencies listed in the Directory.

It is therefore the obligation of users and of the Travel Agencies included in the Directory to take the appropriate measures to avoid any inconvenience.

ANATO reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, without any obligation to notify users directly. For this reason, it is the user's duty to consult this document periodically in order to find out whether it has been altered.

Any amendments made to this document shall be binding on users and on the travel agencies included in the Directory from the moment they are published.

Users are advised that the term ANATO is a composite trademark registered by the Colombian Association of Travel and Tourism Agencies – ANATO, and its use is restricted to the Association and its Members; its use by unauthorised persons is therefore strictly prohibited.

The WEBSITE is the property of ANATO, and its reproduction, alteration, commercialisation and, in general, any act of disposal over the WEBSITE by an unauthorised third party is completely prohibited.

The WEBSITE's own content (design, logos, editorial texts) is protected by copyright law. Travel Agencies must be the owners of, or hold the right to use, the trademarks and/or distinctive signs used in the information and/or any content uploaded to the WEBSITE. Where they are not the owners or do not lawfully hold the rights of use over information protected by intellectual property, responsibility for such conduct shall lie solely and exclusively with the Travel Agency that improperly used that information.

In compliance with Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013, the user declares that they are aware of and accept ANATO's personal data processing policy, which may be consulted at anato.org/politica-datos-personales/.
